DENVER (AP) —

Five people have been arrested in the San Francisco area in connection with the armed robbery of a Denver jewelry store on Tuesday.

The Colorado U.S. Attorney’s Office says the five suspects were arrested early Wednesday following a police chase. Authorities say they found Rolex watches and a gun linked to the robbery in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.

The suspects were identified Friday by as Anthony Domino, 21, Summer Sawyer, 30, Sharde Suwannabart, 24, Sean McCullough, 23, and Anthony Tyree, 23.

Authorities say a woman came in to look at watches, then said she needed to get her credit cards and headed for the exit. Police say the woman opened the door and let several men into the shop, where they smashed the counter and stole jewelry and watches.
