OnePlus India has scheduled an event on October 12th in Bangalore. The invite just says that it will “reiterate the relevance of Indian market in the OnePlus growth story and announce The Next Big Step. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau will also be present at the event to announce the company’s plans for India.
It has been almost two months since the OnePlus 2 smartphone went on sale in India, which is currently available for purchase only with invites. OnePlus might announce details about the open sale for OnePlus 2 smartphone at the event. It is not clear if the company will introduce the rumored OnePlus mini since it might be too early. We will have to wait till Monday to find out what OnePlus has to offer for its Indian customers.
