A new service provider has come in our area, Perungudi, OMR. And it is called Raaj Nett a Raj Group company. And their plans are nice. I am thinking of going for it. Anyone heard it?

Website is under construction

Customer care girl says its not a part of Raj tv group but the founder of Raj tv and raaj nett are the same.

2 Mbps unlimited is really tempting with no data limit at all

But very sceptical

They should've at least completed the website
 
Yup their website is not complete but other process are going fine. As you said i am too skeptical, and i don't know whether i can close my BSNL to go for it 🙁
 
I applied for a connection on July 10, 2015 and i haven't got the connection till now. Will wait for few more days and i go for the cancellation

Finally they said connection to my area is not possible and they have cancelled the process. 🙁 Sad. People do make sure your area is near their tower or else you won't get any connection

Even For me. Horrible customer service.
No one knows the issue, and when it is getting resolved.

Worst ISP provider. Earlier this was part of net xpress, now started own ISP under raaj nett. I applied on 7th july and was assured connection within max 5 days, but it took more than 20 days for installation and after installing frequent disconnection. I strongly suggest to go for some other ISP.
 
Raaj nett is worst ISP. I was earlier using net xpress which had frequent break down so switched to Raaj nett which seems to be worse than net xpress. Customer care is pathetic and no response for customer complaint.They claim of advanced technology but in reality getting lot of disconnection. I would strongly advise to stay away from Raaj nett.
 
Worst ISP provider, frequent disconnection and very poor customer care center. BSNL is far better .

Frauds!!! BEWAREEEE!! Took money from me last month and my line has still not been given. Have requested for a refund several times and nothing has happened. I would suggest you do not make any payments until a line is up and running. Id stay with BSNL despite their crappy customer service. As these guys are worse

Frauds Beware!!! They take your money and then dont give you a connection. Ive asked for a refund for the past 2 weeks and have been told that the request will be taken everytime as the previous request was not made. I

i have been using their service for last one week. Frequent disconnection, almost on daily basis. Please STAY AWAY from Raaj nettt even if they provide connection, you may not get proper connectivity. Worst ISP !

Hi,

I am using this ISP for past one month. Horrible Post Implementation Service. it is taking 1 week of time to resolve an issue.
