STOCKTON —

A lucky man in Stockton won a $1,000 a week for the next 25 years, totaling at $1.3 million.

Bruce Seitz won with what was originally a losing ticket through the California Lottery’s 2nd Chance Program.

The cool part of this story is that Seitz seems to have winning in his blood.

Two members of his family have also won big playing the California Lottery.

Sietz told California Lottery that he had always joked with his siblings saying the third win belongs to him.

He was right.

The 53-year-old banker plays every week without going overboard because, “Because you can’t win if you don’t play.”
