Carin Lane, a mother of two, saw a disconnect in the communications between schools and parents, so she decided to create an app that would close that gap.
She recently started a a mobile app company, School APPtitude that creates apps that allow parents to get the latest information on what’s going on at their kid’s school.
Nearly a dozen Placer County schools, including Sunset Ranch Elementary and Whitney High School use the app. Lane shows us how it all works.
