MADERA —
One man has been arrested in the case of an attack on a Save Mart janitor last week.
Last Saturday, two men attacked a janitor who was sweeping floors. The suspects, mistaking the janitor’s blue uniform as a gang affiliation, broke a wine bottle over the victim’s head.
Today, police arrested one suspect, 22-year-old Timothy Arreazola (pictured below, left), for assault with a deadly weapon. He is in Madera County Jail with bail set at $100,000.
Police still need assistance identifying the second suspect (pictured below, right). Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact (559) 675-4220.
