Guys check it out . BSNL has rolled out newly updated portal for it's users .

Existing users will be asked to create new account when they try to login with old login details.
(As a part of BSNL Strategy to migrate old users to new portal )

BSNL will also send a OTP Password for verification purposes .

Portal has many new features . Including -

Featured Rich Dashboard
Manage Accounts
One click Payment
Get Duplicate Bills
View Unbilled Usage for GSM
Multiple Bill Payment for GSM

BSNL also launched new portal apps for Windows, iOS , Android ,Blackberry .

Portal webpage is not working for me!

Only MYbsnl App is working, so what if someone doesn't have a smartphone?

Portal is better than before, This is not the self care portal but the bsnl all in one portal mainly used for online payments. Just registered myself here is the layout.

They should also update the BSNL selfcare . It's almost a decade old . Let's see . Only time will tell if they update that or not .

Oh it was the old portal page where i use to see the plan details, raise complaint. But it is not working now 🙁

I payed my BSNL 3G bill, it said transaction is completed and got the bill but it again it says i need to pay this much amount towards October...there is some bug with their update.

Bro Neo8, nothing like that. Most of the time landline breaks down and i face no net issue. As i don't use mobile date in my phone and i use WiFi for it.
