I'm currently using the Google Play Edition+ Edition on this phone. Previously I used this rom on my phone, and it was much more polished and snappy. Only it had much more battery drain. When the screen was on you could literally see the percentage of battery ticking away and the phone got hot very fast. Is this a common issue with this rom? I was using the latest snapshot version of octobre 7th 2015.

Heat shouldn't be an issue. I used to always find that CM ran cooler than any Sense or GPE rom but about the battery, it depends on your usage. If you are a light user then you should get decent battery life

Is there a way (edit some system file or similar) to get a higher maximum volume on speaker and In-Call?

I played a bit with the file in /system/etc/snd_soc_msm yet but nothing changed after reboot.

Try messing around with the asound.conf file. I don't know much about about audio mods but I think editing the asound.conf should work for you

It does not work in security settings, for me is the most important.
Thanks for marshmallow.

What would happen if I were to flash CM13 on my Sprint HTC One M7? And is it possible to flash a GSM ROM on a CDMA device (Sprint HTC One M7)? Lastly, will we ever see CM13 for the Sprint HTC One?

    1. Download and install the latest TWRP Recovery for Int'l, AT&T, TMobile HTC One, Sprint HTC One or Verizon HTC One if you haven't already.
    2. Copy the CyanogenMod zip and the Gapps zip to your Internal Storage
    3. Then reboot into TWRP recovery
    4. Before flashing you might want to back up your data (Optional)
    5. Then wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik-Cache before flashing
    6. Next, tap Install, locate the CyanogenMod zip and install it
    7. Once that's finished tap install again, locate the Gapps zip and install it
    8. If you are S-OFF, simply reboot and enjoy CyanogenMod, no need to follow the remaining steps. If you are S-ON tap Power and Reboot to bootloader
    9. Then open the CyanogenMod zip on a Computer, copy the boot.img to your fastboot folder
    10. Connect your phone to your computer then open a Command window, "cd" to your fastboot folder and type the following: fastboot flash boot boot.img
    11. Now type: fastboot reboot
    12. You are finished. Enjoy CyanogenMod
