Las Cenas de Venezuela Gastronómica desde el Móvil

Como ya habia contado antes, hace un par de semanas estuve de viaje documentando el Capítulo Mérida 2 de Venezuela Gastronómica, dos de los días más importantes fueron las cenas, donde se reunieron de los mejores chef de Venezuela para dar una degustación de sus talentos.

Ya Yo he estado en cocinas antes, y conozco el rush que se vive dentro, pero nunca habia estado en la cocina de un evento tan grande, con tantos platos y tantas personas, fue muy emocionante, ver a este grupo de cocineros ayudándose entre si, mano a mano con los estudiantes del Hotel Escuela.

Yo estuvo todo ese tiempo grabando para los próximos videos del evento, pero de vez en cuando sacaba mi telefono e iba subiendo fotos en directo de toda la acción en la cocina, acá una muestra de eso.

As had already told before, a couple of weeks ago I was traveling documenting the Chapter Merida #2 of Venezuela Gastrónomica, two of the most important days were the dinners, where they were reunited the best chef in Venezuela to give a taste of their talents.

Already I’ve been kitchens before, and I know the rush that is lived in, but I had never been in the kitchen of a big event, with so many dishes and so many people, it was very exciting to see this group of chefs helping each other hand in hand with the students at the Hotel School.

I was all the while shooting for the next videos of the event, but occasionally pulled up my phone and Upload live photos of all the action in the kitchen, here is an example of that.
