A murder suspect who led police on a high speed pursuit that ended in Elk Grove was arrested late last night.

The incident started in North Sacramento when Sacramento Police saw murder suspect 21-year old Israel Dinnocenzo and attempted to stop his vehicle. Instead, police were led on a 20-minute pursuit that ended near Clarke Farm Road and Sage Ranch Court on the city's southside.

After Elk Grove Police established a perimeter, the suspect and three passengers were located and detained. Dinnocenzo was wanted in connection to the May, 2015 murder of James Watkins in the Arden Arcade area.

In addition to the suspect, the three passengers are currently in custody.

Would have been better if the murder suspect had rolled his car after endangering innocent lives on the freeway.
