One home burglar in New Zealand used what appears to be a comforter pulled off of a child's bed, and it seems to have worked.

The home invasion occurred on March 20, and, though the criminal act was caught on a home surveillance camera, area authorities have yet to identify the robber.

Footage shows the shrouded thief crawling around on the floor and rifling through drawers.

According to the local police, he made off with both cash and jewelry.

They are actively seeking the suspect they describe as a slim, Caucasian male in his 20s.
