Just got my G5 on T-Mobile activated. Anything I should poke around at?
Update.. Did some poking around.
After enabling developer options, there's an option to enable oem unlock. I enabled it and tried to unlock it.
Since it doesn't say anything in the status I don't know if it actually unlocked or not. It does boot, but complains about "Your device cannot be checked for corruption"

You unlocked it alright. It cleared the user data and gives you the warning message that's what u look for. TWRP should be on the way.

TWRP will come. We just need either a stock boot image or (recovery image preferred), or G5 kernel source (DOWNLOADING NOW! wow they answer my inquiry fast), and someone with the device to join #twrp on freenode to get us the information we need to get every function working.

I damaged my Z3 Compact with my car door the other day haha so I'm only running on my flo till I order the g5 looks a nice device also its good its getting some support already

Yeah I'm in England, I'm getting it on a upgrade on my contract with o2 but need to pay £100 off my existing contract so I can renew for the g5 so hopefully won't be to long was suppose to be today but when I preorder the delivery date for it won't be after the 8th April I don't get that lol

Doesn't appear to be...yet.
The option to allow it appears in our Developer Settings, but without a way to get to fastboot to actually perform the unlock, we're dead in the water atm.

Have you not seen all the devs here showing up trying to help. Jcase and company are some of the top devs of the android scene. We will have root at some point in the future.3
Just got a message from LG today stating that they will release unlock method for the EUR version this month
