CITRUS HEIGHTS-
Citrus Heights Police are investigating the discovery of a man found dead Sunday morning in Rusch Park.
Someone in the park saw what they thought was a body around 6:30 a.m. and called police.
Officers found the man dead in the creek.
Citrus Heights Police and the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office are investigating the death.
Officials say it doesn’t appear that foul play is involved in the death but are waiting on the cause of death from the coroner’s office.
The person has yet to be identified.
