WEST SACRAMENTO-
Firefighters responded to a house fire in West Sacramento early Thursday morning.
They found flames coming from the upstairs of the home along Davis Road around 6 a.m. No one was inside when the fire started. Neighbors told FOX40 a man named Ronnie lives in the home.
Neighbors say Ronnie has lived in the home his entire life, and that his parents built the home.
Firefighters were quick to respond to the fire because the station was only a few blocks away. Damage is somewhat limited to the upstairs, the home should be salvageable.
No word at this time what caused the fire.
