BUTTE COUNTY-

A 72-year-old man is under arrest and facing three murder charges in connection with three bodies found last week in a burned-out car.

Butte County Sheriff’s detectives say they arrested Donald Clark Wednesday morning in Centerville.

On June 13, deputies found a car on fire in Magalia. The car was reported as stolen out of Sacramento. Autopsies on the remains found all three victims had gunshot wounds.

Although the victims have been tentatively identified as Sacramento residents, the coroner is not releasing their names at this time.

Anyone with information about Clark, or this incident, call Butte County Sheriff’s detectives at 530-538-7671.
