Megan Ellison has quietly sold three ultra contemporary homes perched high in L.A.’s The Bird Streets, according to real estate blogger The Real Estalker.
The 32-year-old movie producer and daughter of Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison reportedly purchased the three homes between 2008 and 2011 for a combined total of $33 million. She has sold all three — two of which were designed and developed by Steve Hermann — for a combined $46.7 million.
Ellison sold the first of her Bird Street properties to Gateway billionaire Ted Wiatt for $20.5 million in August, according to Curbed. The other two properties were sold to British billionaire heir Ashley Tabor for $26.25 million, reports The Real Estalker.

For far less potential profit, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are reportedly looking to sell their Tarzana home for $3,995,000, according to TMZ. The Mulholland Park, custom build 7-bedroom spread with the swirling staircase and expansive home gym, has been featured on both Keeping Up With the Kardashians, as well as spinoff Khloe & Lamar.
But it’s not all about sales. Comedian Aziz Ansari of Parks & Recreation has recently purchased a post-and-beam in Los Feliz. Known as the Hong House, it was designed by a young architect named Roger Hong in 1969, who worked for famed mid-century architects Conrad Buff and Donald Hensman. The four-bedroom, three bath house loaded with original architectural details, was purchased by Ansari for $2.687 million, reports Real Estalker.
