The event will be held at the Paul Milstein Pool & Terrace at Lincoln Center from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14.
The former Velvet Underground frontman died Oct. 27 of complications from a liver transplant earlier this year. He was 71.
