SANTA CLARA COUNTY-
San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Sheriff’s deputies say Smith was also booked for possession of marijuana.
This isn’t Smith’s first DUI arrest. Officers picked him up in January 2012 in Miami Beach.
49ers coach Jim Harbaugh said Friday afternoon that he “anticipates” Aldon playing in Sunday’s game against the Colts.
Smith was drafted by the 49ers in 2011.
