The first poster for the hotly anticipated adaptation of John Green‘s heartbreaking YA novel, The Fault in Our Stars, has hit the web.
Fault in Our Stars centers on a teenage girl, Hazel (Shailene Woodley), stricken with terminal cancer who falls for a boy, Augustus (Ansel Elgort), in her support group. The two form a bond as they deal with their illnesses.
The official one-sheet and its “One sick love story” tagline captures the romantic drama of the beloved New York Times best-selling novel.

During filming earlier this year, Green took fans behind the scenes of the movie in a slew of videos giving a candid look at life on a movie set and the cast, and revealing more about himself.
Josh Boone directed The Fault in Our Stars from a screenplay by The Spectacular Now scribes Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber. The film also stars Nat Wolff, Laura Dern, Sam Trammell, Willem Dafoe and Mike Birbiglia.
20th Century Fox will release the film in theaters June 6, 2014.
