Another Monday night, another victory for The Voice. The NBC show, shedding just two-tenths of a point from last week’s opener, averaged a 4.5 rating among adults 18-49 on NBC. The two-hour episode led into a new Blacklist (2.7 adults), which was down by a larger measure: four-tenths of a point.
All in all, NBC averaged a 3.9 rating among adults 18-49 and 14.1 million viewers for an easy nightly win on both counts.

CBS’ Monday heavy hitter, How I Met Your Mother (3.3 adults), was its only series to take a hit — dropping three-tenths of a point. 2 Broke Girls (2.6 adults), Mike & Molly (2.1 adults) and Mom (2.0 adults) each improved by a tenth of a point from last week. Intelligence (1.2 adults) held even, giving CBS a 2.1 demo rating and 7.6 million viewers for the three-hour block.
The Bachelor (2.2 adults), off three-tenths of a point from last week, led into a series low for Castle (1.6 adults). The drama was off by a tenth of a point. ABC averaged a 1.8 rating among adults 18-49 and 7.3 million viewers.
Fox saw the finale of Almost Human dip a tenth of a point from last week to a 1.5 rating among adults 18-49 — a softer note for a series whose same-day average has been a 2.0 rating for the bulk of its 13-episode run. The Following (1.7 adults) improved a tenth, and Fox pulled a 1.6 rating and 5.3 million viewers overall.
Star-Crossed (0.4 adults), up by a tenth, led into a steady Beauty and the Beast (0.3 adults) on The CW. The network averaged a 0.3 rating and 1 million viewers.
