SCHAFTチームの階段登り．独特のステップでさくさく登っていった．実際に登り始めるのは3:00くらいから． I'm not a member of SCHAFT. But, I heard some informations about their robot at site. This robot is remotely controlled. Communication speed is limited to 100 kbps in the provisions of the challenge. Operator sets a point to touch down a foot on each step based on scanned 3D-map. 3D-map is large data, and communication limit is very low. Therefore, it takes time to each step. シャフトのメンバーではないですが、現地で幾つかロボットについて聞いてきたので書いておきます。 まず、ロボットは遠隔操作です。ただし、通信帯域が大会の規定により100kbpsに絞られています。 ロボットが取得した三次元環境地図をもとに、オペレータが足の付く位置を指示して歩行するとのこと。この三次元環境地図のデータが巨大なので、通信制限も相まって歩行やらが遅くなっているそうです。 ...more
