Cell phone video shows the tense moments in a Stockton street before a 21-year-old man was shot, and later died.

On March 10, police were called to 8th and Scribner Streets after shots were fired.

Thursday they released cell phone video showing an argument involving several people in the area, then there are multiple shots fired.

Investigators believe the man who was shot and killed, Francisco Martinez, was not the intended target, and was hit by a stray bullet.

They are asking anyone with information about this shooting to call police at (209) 937-8377, Crime Stoppers at (209) 946-0600.  Callers can remain anonymous.
