Hello, we are FRESHFACE Our core team is based in Brno, Czech Republic. We also work closely with our abroad partners that help us create the most amazing products. If you would like to become one, please get in touch.

We have been creating premium WordPress themes and plugins since 2009 and it happens to be our passion. We understand that it is you, our loyal customers, that made us successful, so our main goal is to provide the best customer experience and support ever. As you might have noticed, we don’t have any external support staff because we believe that only the theme developers themselves could provide quality answers about their product. So naturally, our developers know their code back and forth, they often mumble lines of code from their sleep.

If you decide to be our customer, you will be in direct touch with the guys who actually created the product that you are buying and understand every single line of it’s code. We will not be bullshitting you with pre-defined answers and stalling tactics – we will get to the core of the problem and solve it as quickly as humanly possible.

Most tickets are answered within 2 hours if we are in the office, the rest will be answered first thing the next day.
