Newly elected New York City mayor Bill de Blasio is heading to The Daily Show for his late-night debut.
De Blasio, who succeeded Michael Bloomberg in the mayoral position on New Year’s Day, will sit down with Jon Stewart on Monday, Feb. 3 at 11 p.m. PST/EST, Comedy Central announced Friday.

De Blasio, 52, is the Big Apple’s first Democratic mayor in two decades.
Stewart, Steve Bodow, Jen Flanz and Adam Lowitt are executive producers with Tim Greenberg and Hillary Kun as co-executive producers. Elliott Kalan is head writer.
The Daily Show airs Mondays through Thursdays.
