SACRAMENTO —
57-year-old Floyd Martin was arrested after spending three weeks in the hospital following a car accident where police say he was intoxicated on drugs.
The accident happened on February 13 on Riverside Blvd, and claimed the life of 66-year-old Linda Shaw. The passenger in her car a male in his 60s is still in the hospital with serious injuries.
Police are still using high tech computer programs to recreate the accident scene, they know drugs and speed were major factors.
