SACRAMENTO—
Authorities have identified the woman shot to death after some kind of disturbance Thursday afternoon.
Tiffany Silva, a 31-year-old Sacramento resident, has been identified by the coroner’s office as the woman shot dead near Balsam Street and Roanoke Avenue. The shooting happened just before 3 p.m., Sacramento Police said.
Investigators are saying that, according to preliminary information, some sort of brief disturbance immediately preceded the shooting.
Police believe there are multiple suspects wanted for the shooting, but have not identified who or how many.
