SACRAMENTO-
Two family pets died Tuesday evening in a Natomas house fire.
Firefighters say it started in the home’s garage, along Pebblewood Avenue, before spreading into the house. Investigators haven’t confirmed a cause, but believe it started as a vehicle fire.
Everyone, except for two birds, made it out of the home unharmed.
Firefighters believe the home is a total loss.
