Jimmy Kimmel‘s annual post-Oscar show is set.
House of Cards star and two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey will be the guest for the ninth Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars, which airs following the Academy Awards on Sunday, March 2, on ABC.
Other guests slated for the hourlong special include Oscar host Ellen DeGeneres, Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, Martin Scorsese, Chris Hemsworth, Liam Hemsworth, Christoph Waltz, Ben Kingsley, Mandy Patinkin, Abbie Cornish, Barkhad Abdi, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Seth Rogen, Morgan Freeman, Andy Garcia, Adam Driver, Queen Latifah, Gary Oldman and Anjelica Huston as well as others.
Also expected to debut during the broadcast are “new comedy videos,” according to the announcement issued Monday afternoon.
Kimmel’s post-Oscar show has regularly featured A-list guests such as Oprah Winfrey, Tom Cruise, Ben Affleck, Jamie Foxx, Channing Tatum, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Billy Crystal, Jon Stewart and DeGeneres. It helps that Kimmel’s studio is located just across the street from the Dolby Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Center, where the Academy Awards take place.
Last year, Kimmel premiered the trailer for the star-filled Movie: The Movie Twovie, a follow-up to Movie: The Movie. Both trailers have become viral hits, garnering more than a combined 28 million hits on YouTube.
Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars airs March 2 after the local news ET/CT and at 10 p.m. PT on ABC.
