TNT and TBS have unleashed full trailers for seven dramas and comedies.
Both Turner-owned cable networks have a full slate of scripted offerings, with TNT rolling out several new scripted dramas over the course of 2014-15 and TBS debuting three rookie comedies.
Check out the trailers below and brief synopses.
Public Morals (TNT)
A gritty, intense crime drama set in the world of the Vice Division of the New York City Police Department in the 1960s. Ed Burns is writer, director, producer and star; Michael Rapaport and Elizabeth Masucci also star. Premieres in 2015.
Proof (TNT)
Produced by The Closer’s Kyra Sedgwick, Proof is a supernatural drama centered on Dr. Carolyn Tyler, who is on a journey toward answering one of life’s greatest mysteries: Is there life after death? Jennifer Beals, Matthew Modine and Joe Morton star. Premieres in 2015.
Transporter: The Series (TNT)
The action drama, which originally aired on Cinemax, is based on Luc Besson’s Transporter films and stars Chris Vance as professional transporter Frank Martin, who can be counted on to get the job done discreetly. Premieres in the winter.
The Librarians (TNT)
The Librarians centers on four people from around the world who are enlisted as “Librarians,” members of an ancient organization hidden beneath the Metropolitan Public Library who are dedicated to protecting an unknowing world from a secret, magical reality and protecting the artifacts housed in the library. Rebecca Romijn stars, while Noah Wyle will appear. Premieres in the fall.
Angie Tribeca (TBS)
Rashida Jones stars in this single-camera comedy as Angie Tribeca, a 10-year veteran of the LAPD. It is a spoof in the tradition of The Naked Gun and Airplane!. Steve Carell and Nancy Carell are among the executive producers. Premieres in 2015.
Buzzy’s (TBS)
An ensemble comedy about a group of misfits from high school who work together at a Charlestown, Mass., barbershop called Buzzy’s. From David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, the series stars Ashley Tisdale, Lauren Lapkus, Mike Castle, Ryan Pinkston, Matt Cook and George Wendt. Premieres in 2015.
Your Family or Mine (TBS)
The comedy centers on a different side of a young couple’s family each week. Kyle Howard, Kat Foster, Richard Dreyfuss and JoBeth Williams star in the series from Ground Floor co-creator and How I Met Your Mother‘s Greg Malins. Premieres in 2015.
