Bell will play Annie Dwyer, a woman who is loved by everyone and has a seemingly perfect family life, but wonders sometimes if she should be happier than she is.
Bell wrote, directed, produced and starred in the film In a World…, which won best screenplay at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. The film about the life of voice-over actors was picked up by Roadside for U.S. distribution at the fest and has earned $2.7 million domestically to date.
Bell recently wrapped sports drama Million Dollar Arm and currently stars on Adult Swim’s Children’s Hospital. She’s repped by UTA, The Burstein Company and Ziffren Brittenham.
