SACRAMENTO-
Two parents were arrested Thursday in the Feb. 15 death of their 3-month-daughter.
Police responded to the family’s Hawk Avenue home after the child was found unresponsive. The true cause of the girl’s death has yet to be determined, but police say baby Anthonise’s parents, Anthony Mial and Felecia Williams, both had drugs in their systems that day.
Anthonise had slept next to her parents the night before, and was found by Mial the next morning – not breathing.
Mial, 57, and Williams, 36, were booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of felony child endangerment. Their bail was set at $50,000.
Police say more charges may come, pending a coroner’s report.
Williams, speaking to FOX40 on Feb. 16, said she did not know how her daughter died.
