Cosmopolitan.com is a casual office, but loose, ratty jeans, a grey hoodie and sneakers with holes in them is a bit too casual.
Frank in his own clothes
Look 1: Frank 2.0
It's Frank, just a little bit nicer — a more fitted jean with a darker wash and a clean pair of sneakers is much more appropriate even in our most casual of offices. (Stylist's note: Don't let your jeans trail on the floor. Cuff them. They'll last longer and you'll look more pulled together than if they were left pooling around your ankles.)

Look 2: Dressed-Down Suit
A nice suit can be dressed up with a tie and oxfords or dressed down with sneakers and a plaid shirt. (Stylist's note: When you're trying to make ar business-appropriate suit look more casual, it's cooler not to match your shoes and belt.)

Look 3: Weekend Casual
A pullover hoodie looks a little nicer and more put-together than a zip-up, especially with a collared shirt layered underneath. (Stylist's note: When you push up your sleeves, make sure a little bit of the cuff is still visible undeneath.)

Look 4: Wildcard
This squiggle print is a little outside Frank's comfort zone, but it's a nice alternative to plaid and the black makes it look more masculine than it might in a lighter color. (Stylist's note: Always roll the sleeves on a short-sleeved button down. ALWAYS.)
