Q: Do you know who is moving into the big warehouse building on 10th behind the car wash in Marysville? I noticed it's being painted green.
A: The E Center, which runs the regional Head Start program, has moved into the office space, which is about 17,000 square feet.
Aztec Development is actively courting two potential tenants for the 60,000 square feet of warehouse space, said company president John Ochipinti.
The two candidates are involved in manufacturing and agricultural processing. They could create between 30 and 60 jobs, Ochipinti said.
Aztec Development has owned the building for six years.
Previously, there was a meat packaging company there that was a subcontractor with Pepsi Co.
Ochipinti wasn't certain when he would know what company will lease the space, but he said it could be within 30 days.
