U.S. Women’s Open champion Michelle Wie brought her trophy with her to Tuesday’s Today show.
But that’s not the only place she’s taken her major-title prize, revealing on the NBC morning show that she tried sleeping with the trophy and it made a good companion.

“It is very huggable,” Wie said of the trophy. “It’s a good cuddler, too.”
Speaking of sleeping, Wie added that she still feels like she’s dreaming, two days after winning her first major title.

“I don’t even remember it,” the golfer said of her big win. “I mean, it’s all such a blur. I still feel like I’m living in a dream and I never want to wake up.”
Wie also weighed in on 11-year-old golf prodigy Lucy Li, who received a lot of attention during the tournament, partly for eating ice cream during a press conference.
