TNT’s Legends has a new trailer.
Based on the book by author Robert Littell, Legends centers on undercover agent Martin Odum (Sean Bean), who works for the FBI’s Deep Cover Operations (DCO) division. Martin can transform himself into a completely different person for each job, but he begins to question his own identity when a mysterious stranger suggests Martin isn’t the man he believes himself to be.

The Hollywood Reporter exclusively debuts dramatic new footage from the hourlong series, which launches Aug. 13 at 9 p.m. ET, featuring Martin as he begins to uncover the harsh truth behind his actual identity. “I live the life of shadows,” Martin says. “But I am the one in the dark.”
Highly stylized and meant to give off a feeling of uncertainty and confusion, the teaser — complete with ominous voiceovers — introduces doubt into the equation, spliced together with vignettes of Martin’s lie of a life.
