STOCKTON-
Stockton Police arrested two people they believe were involved in a 2-year-old girl’s death Thursday.
The girl was found dead along East Eleventh Street Sunday, and detectives later ruled the death a homicide.
Officers arrested 27-year-old Dwight Slay, the girl’s father, and 30-year-old Latima Coleman, Slay’s girlfriend.
Both are being held for felony child abuse resulting in death.
