薪で時間をかけてじっくり焼き上げた石やきいもは、甘くてホクホクとした美味しさです。
「金時」の名前は、日本一のサツマイモ「鳴門金時」と、金太郎のモデル「坂田金時」に由来し、金太郎のように、力強く石やきいもの美味しさをお届けします。
「金時」は、ソウルフードとしての“石やきいも” に焦点を当てたアート作品であり、プロジェクトです。
