Elise Testone‘s debut album, In This Life, hits shelves on Tuesday, but the American Idol season 11 singer is giving fans an early treat with the release of her new music video for “I Will Not Break.”
The clip, directed by David Keller, features Testone and her love interest taking a journey on a rowboat under a lush southern backdrop.

Recorded in Charleston, S.C., In This Life — available for pre-order on her website — features appearances by fellow Idol alum Erika Van Pelt and Darius Rucker.
The 30-year-old New Jersey native said her new album “tells a continuous story of personal and non-personal struggles with relationships on multiple levels.”
Last summer, Testone told The Hollywood Reporter that she is releasing the record independently on her own label, Red Tambo Records. “It covers every genre: Americana, pop, country, soul , blues, funk , jazz and rock, but I feel like it’s cohesive and it flows,” she said. “I’m glad that I did it this way.”
Testone will celebrate the record’s release with back-to-back shows on Feb. 13 in Charleston. The first show will be at the Charleston Music Hall at 7:30 p.m., followed by a 10 p.m. gig at The Pour House.
