Boardwalk Empire alum Charlie Cox is back at CBS.
The actor will star in CBS’ untitled Wall Street drama from executive producer John Cusack, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

From Justified writers Taylor Elmore and Ben Cavell, the drama is set in the world of Wall Street money and power. Cox will topline the drama as Jackson, a smart and sophisticated Wall Street hedge fund trader who served his country in Iraq and has the integrity and desire to do good.
Based on an original story from Elmore, Cavell, Cusack and Kevin McCabe, Elmore and Cavell penned the teleplay for the CBS Television Studios pilot. Justified’s Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly will exec produce.

For Cox, who played Owen for two seasons on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire, the casting brings him back to CBS after he starred in the network’s drama pilot The Ordained. Other credits include Stardust, Moby Dick and Hello Carter. He’s repped by WME and United Agents in the U.K.
