A selection of Japanese art exhibited in Malta in 2006 were this weekend presented to Maltese personalities by Malta Tourism Authority's representative in Japan, Michio Endo.

The 42 artworks were donated by the largest Japanese art exhibitor Osaka Art Show of International Selection (Oasis), which is owned by the Japanese company Reijnsha.

They had been exhibited at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in the second international exhibition ever to be held by Oasis.

The presentation took place at the Westin Dragonara.
