Modesto Police are looking for two suspects involved in an early morning shooting death.

Officers were called to Crippen Avenue just before 1 a.m. They say a group of people were hanging out inside a home’s garage when the two suspects opened fire.

One victim was found shot inside the garage and was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

Another victim was found inside the home, and is currently in critical condition.

A third victim was found behind the home on a nearby street, they have a gunshot wound to the leg and is expected to be ok.

Police are still investigating what led up to the shooting, but do believe it was gang related. Investigators are trying to determine if the suspects drove past the home or walked up to the victims.

Sources close to FOX40 say the man who died was Luciano Juan Garnicas, although his name has not been confirmed by the Stanislaus County Coroner.
