Is Lindsay Lohan ready for her close-up?
Oprah Winfrey‘s Discovery-operated OWN network premiered a first look Tuesday evening at the actress’ new eight-episode docuseries, Lindsay, just days before its scheduled launch. (Reporters were given a preview in January during the winter Television Critics Association press tour.)

Lindsay follows Lohan as she attempts to go through recovery following a run of public crises. OWN has billed the docuseries as an “honest, no-holds-barred account” with viewers getting an “intimate, unflinching look into the life of one of the world’s most sought-after celebrities.”
“There’s nothing left in having a drink for me. What’s left in that feeling?” Lohan says in the opening seconds of the trailer. “There’s no party that I haven’t gone to. There’s no person that I haven’t hung out. There’s no situation I haven’t been exposed to.” When the interviewer asks Lohan if she ever feels like a prisoner, Lohan says almost immediately: “Yes, all the time.”

In the opener, Lohan moves to New York City with a new personal assistant and sober coach in tow as she attempts to start anew and look for an apartment as career pressures loom. Lohan’s parents, mother Dina and father Michael, make appearances.
There is also footage of a Lohan breakdown, paparazzi, a temporary Lindsay filming delay and Winfrey talking some sense into the troubled actress after learning about production troubles. “You need to cut the bullshit, you really do,” Winfrey tells Lohan, who says she knows this is “her last shot.”
