STOCKTON—

Stockton police set up a DUI checkpoint on Saturday at Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd near the French Camp Turnpike. The checkpoint ran from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

During the checkpoint, police screened 341 vehicles, arrested two DUI-Alcohol suspects, and cited 13 drivers for driving without a license. Officers also arrested one person for carrying a loaded, concealed weapon and for driving unlicensed.

Stockton Police will set up more DUI checkpoints during the Stockton Asparagus Festival Weekend April 25th-27th.
