Marvel Entertainment‘s panels at this weekend’s Comic-Con were full of memorable highlights, including the casts of The Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man discussing the upcoming films, not to mention Josh Brolin surprising the crowd by popping by wearing the Infinity Gauntlet.

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige got the ball rolling by introducing Robert Downey Jr. Then, with a Michael Jackson tune playing in the background, the two introduced the other Ultron cast members, handing out roses to the female co-stars.
Downey, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner and Paul Bettany were among the participants. “I make movies because I want to see myself in them,” Jackson joked. Meanwhile, Marvel newbies Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen and James Spader revealed how they’ve been fitting in with the cast.

Perhaps the biggest cheer from the crowd came at the end. “The great thing about Marvel is, they’ve always got the next thing up their sleeve,” Downey said while introducing Brolin’s surprise appearance. Downey then handed Brolin a rose, which Brolin ate for some reason. Brolin is set to play the evil Thanos in a future Marvel film but won’t appear in Ultron.
Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly and director Peyton Reed were onhand to discuss their upcoming Ant-Man, with Rudd admitting to being a Comic-Con virgin. “It’s kind of tough to wrap my brain around,” he said about starring in such a highly anticipated film.
