The Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman‘s jilted runner-up isn’t the only guy who was put off by her behavior on the ABC dating show.
RELATED ‘The Bachelorette’ Finale Recap: Andi Dorfman Gets Engaged
Fox News pundit Bob Beckel, co-host of The Five, called Dorfman a “slut” on his show Tuesday. Beckel had just watched a clip from Monday’s Bachelorette season-10 finale in which runner-up Nick Viall revealed that Dorfman slept with him shortly before giving him the boot.
“She’s a slut,” Beckel said. “I’m not kidding you — when she sleeps with someone else and doesn’t tell the guy about it.” A few of Beckel’s co-stars took issue with his comments, including fellow co-host Andrea Tantaros: “Excuse me, Bob, you probably sleep with a different woman every night.”

Dorfman chose Josh Murray over Viall in the finale and accepted Murray’s marriage proposal. “If you weren’t in love with me, I’m just not sure why you made love with me,” Viall told Dorfman on the ABC show. Dorfman responded by calling his comment “kind of below the belt” (which presumably was not intended as a double entendre).
Viall’s comment shed light on previously unconfirmed presumptions about what happens behind closed doors on the show, along with spurring a debate over whether his ire was justified. Novelist — and self-avowed Bachelorette fanatic — Jennifer Weiner, writing for Today, called Viall’s comment “churlish and ungentlemanly at best, slut-shaming and sloppy-seconding at worst.”
