Adam Glasman and Rob Pizzey — whose credits include World War Z and The Iron Lady, respectively — have departed Deluxe’s Company 3 in London, where they were senior colorists, to assume the same roles as London’s Goldcrest Post.
It’s a big win for Goldcrest, which has been growing its team. The move also reunites Glasman and Pizzey with Patrick Malone, the former head of digital intermediates at Company 3, who was named managing director of Goldcrest last winter.

Glasman’s credits include World War Z, Rush, Les Misérables, Skyfall, Casino Royale and Anna Karenina. He started his career as a colorist at Framestore in 1997.
Pizzey’s work including Philomena, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, Captain Phillips, Frankenweenie and The Iron Lady, for which he won a Hollywood Post Alliance Award for outstanding color grading in a feature film.
“To recruit two of the industry’s top colorists is quite an achievement and demonstrates our commitment to building London’s premier postproduction facility,” Malone said.
Last April, Goldcrest hired an additional three from Company 3: Laurent Treherne, CTO; Martin Poultney, commercial director; and Rob Farris, head of production.
