The Fix50 project is going to turn the highway through Sacramento into a madhouse, so Yolobus is doing what they can to encourage people to take public transportation from Yolo County.

The Fix 50 project, which starts on April 22nd, will shut down a big piece of Highway 50 through Sacramento.

Starting Wednesday, Yolobus will be selling Capitol Corridor train tickets in sheets of 10 for $3 per ticket at the Davis Farmer’s Market. The tickets will work on weekdays and certain commutes. The tickets will be also be sold at the Davis Train Station starting April 21st.

Yolobus will also be sending more buses to Sacramento from both Woodland and West Sacramento.
