SACRAMENTO-

The man accused of raping a woman in a Subway restaurant appeared in court Tuesday, where his bail was set at $5 million dollars.

Prosecutors say Kenneth Anderson worked with the victim at the sandwich shop, and allegedly threatened to harm her family if she reported the attack.

Anderson is also accused of using a gun during the attack.

Anderson was reportedly a student at American River College. The student newspaper, The Current, reported earlier that Anderson had written about the attack on his Tumblr blog, writing, “I want the [expletive] who did it dead.”

The posts also describe how the store’s manager does not put tape in the VCR that records surveillance footage.

Family of the victim told FOX40 that they hope the woman’s attacker goes away for a very long time.
