The Yale (re)opens as a country style blues bar and Southern barbecue joint (after closing in 2012) in the newly renovated, historic 126-year-old Yale Hotel heritage building just north of the Granville Street Bridge.

The new MRG Group owned and run incarnation of the revamped bar/venue amps ups the country blues theme with an in-house meat smoker, mechanical bull, and dance floor set for live entertainment on weekends.
