SONOMA COUNTY-

A Sonoma County foster mother won $750,000 off a California Lottery Scratcher ticket.

Rosalie Tumminaro is the mother of three adopted children, and has also been a foster parent for more than 20 years.

California Lottery said Tumminaro actually won off her second choice, after her “lucky card” wouldn’t dispense.

Tumminaro said she plans to use her winnings to pay off her new house, which she will leave to her kids, and maybe some new clothes for herself.
